Task #5407: Added options related to masks. Fixed bug that caused the include_empty option to be ignored for fits catalogs.

Task #5395: runObservation.sh: try -k option of timeout before using it. It fails on DAS-4 (old coreutils).

Task #5291: disable performance checks on tCorrelate_ log files: it doesn't work properly for a few reasons and the shell prints an error. Also remove a bit of disabled code.

Task #5291: simplify test ref to tCorrelate_ test data on cobalt nodes. The data is in /var/scratch/mol again

Task #5291: Fixed tstartBGL. Also fixed runObservation, because it could hang in scp waiting for a password, which is hard to supply with stdin redirected to /dev/null ;). Furthermore, runObservation now also sends ABORT to OnlineControl if uploading of feedback file fails.

Task #5291: Fixed tSSH when run through tcsh. Redirection should be done to /dev/stderr instead of binding fd 1 and 2

Task #2699: Fixed link problem with Boost.Python in PyBDSM that was introduced with the latest CMake (2.8.11)

Task #5194: rewrite cmpfloat utility to support multiple (complex) types, skip header, limit to N values, verbose, etc. For complex values, it can detect separate scale factors for real, imag, allowing us to detect conjugation. Also add elaborate test case for this utility.

Task #5287: Merge with trunk (Add fftshift kernel to BeamFormer pipeline) Updated test for new output. Small refactoring in namings. Reviewed by Wouter 

Task #5287: Updated beam-former pipeline tests. They now use a sine wave of a different (uglier) frequency.

Task #5205: Compare the corrected data collumn in the target pipeline cause thats where the data is placed.
Abort test with error state on failed pipeline run.

Task #5205: Possible bugs in the software found on the trunk. New branch to validate possible errors

Task #5205: Merge with trunk (Refactor jenkins regression tests). Standalone regressions test runner that can perform a full pipeline test including delta test. Reviewed by Arno.
