Task #8769: Avoid login shell in t_* tests, and fix build by using lofar_add_package instead of add_directory

Task #8571: Replaced /bin/sh with /bin/bash in those three run files. For some weird reason /etc/bash.bashrc is being sourced when doing '/bin/sh -l'

Task #8571: The three python tests in LCS/Messaging need a login shell, otherwise the files in /etc/profile.d/ are not sourced and qpid-config cannot be found.
