Bug 1000: Including LofarTypes now in generated ph files so that uint32 et. al. can be used as parameter types.

Not fully tested yet. No connection to OTDB yet.

Bug 1000: Made a directory for protocols used by daemons so that the clients are not dependant from the deamons.

Bug 1000: Bugfix. After adding the observationID to the name of the application the order-check failed.

Due to sending time+1 in stead of time the 'wait for even' second in the 200 MHz clock initialisation was moved to te wrong second. Moved it back.

Tested the LoggingClient --> LoggingProcessor chain and made a couple of
bugfixes to get it working.

Added observationID to the name of the applController to avoid overwritting the ACparam file
during startup of several simultaneous ApplControllers.

ObservationControl now creates the top-level observation datapoint.
Note: code becomes obsolete with navigator 2 because that one uses claimManagers.

Hostname must now be specified.

Added stationlist to Observation Class.

Note: void* can not be shown in PVSS so the beamID cannot be shown anymore.
Since the beamID represents an address in memory this does not make sense anyway.
The BeamID is still logged in the logfile so when there are trouble one should check those.

Code was wrong. Added 1 to the timestamp. Checked with ethereal.

Changed uint32 type for handles in the protocol files to void* (memptr_t).
Software is not tested yet.
