Task #5291: Fixed tests tMeasurementSetFormat and tSubbandWriter. Both tests needed to be able to read antenna configuration data, which has been added.

Task #5291: Dirty fix for tStorageProcesses. The problem of the flickering test was (probably) caused by a lingering DummyStorage process. By setting its kill timer to 2 seconds (instead of 60), DummyStorage will die soon enough. The real problem - not being able to kill a process that was started remotely using libssh2 - is not solved, though.

Task #5395: runObservation.sh: check md5 sum in parset copy to avoid not distributing hand-editted parset to other cbt nodes

Task #5291: tMACfeedback and tstartBGL cannot run concurrently, because they're using the same port to connect to the mock OnlineControl process (thanks for choosing a port based on obs-id :( ). The robust way to fix this is to enforce serialization (which I have done). The other (less robust) solution would be to change the obs-id in one of the parsets.

Task #5291: Fixed obscure bug in FastFileStream. Obscure in the sense that the code was plain wrong, but for reasons beyond my comprehension, the old GCC compiler generated correct(?) code.

Task #5407: Added options related to masks. Fixed bug that caused the include_empty option to be ignored for fits catalogs.

Task #5395: runObservation.sh: try -k option of timeout before using it. It fails on DAS-4 (old coreutils).
