Task #8257: LOFAR_LIBDIR is now determined differently, based on the presence or absence of the file /etc/debian_version and the directory /usr/lib64. It is also put in the cache now. The global property FIND_LIBRARY_USE_LIB64_PATHS is no longer being set by LofarInit.cmake, because CMake will set it.
