Scaling of the amplitudes added

It seems to work and it does improve it very little but not much. Here is what it does: it phase shifts to the point source and then it finds the amplitude of the gains. Takes the median and scales the visibilities using it. The reference amplitude is the one from the diffuse sky.

I hope there are no big conceptual errors but let me know if this is the case. Also, feel free to change anything to make it better match your style of coding. I tried but I am sure it can be optimized.
