L2SS-1501: Fixes from busy day 2012-09-07

Jan David Mol requested to merge busy-day-fixes into master
  • Increase timeout when booting devices, to match long timeouts in the devices themselves when powering on,
  • Change default subband from 102 to 300 as the latter has little/no RFI in both HBA and LBA,
  • Actually power of antennas when powering off antennas,
  • Wait for SDP firmware images to load before swapping to another image.
