L2SS-451: Integration test ci fix

Integration testing fails mainly due to the complexity from prefixing containers with the build id. The overall architecture was insufficiently parameterized to account for this.

The large differences between local and CI behavior require the massive spamming of commits. This merge request must be squashed to account for this!
