Skip plots missing metadata

Timo Millenaar requested to merge skip_plots_missing_metadata into improve_plots

Changes:

  • Skip plots if the metadata needed to create them is not present.
  • Add 'unknown' quality metric in case the relevant metadata is missing
  • Put dummy values in metadata for missing attributes
  • Don't use the new numpy 2.0 for that breaks some parts
