GUI additions

• add created_by to index page
• auto_submit checkbox when creating/updating a work spec
• add tooltip regarding verification (unclear for me)
• sizes: histogram plot on datasets
• total files per task tooltip: add the total number of files available
• javascript script, almost the same as the 'update-workflow.js': based on the given SAS ID; it should retrieve what type of dataproduct types there are available and add the selected on (via the dropdown)
• it is somewhat confusing; when clicking the button 'submit' the status on the index page is 'not-submitted' -> find a nice solution
• Add a tooltip field to the filters so it can display more information about that filter
• number of unspecified files
