D8.1 — provide a dropdown that lets users specify the type of software they want to use

This has been addressed in Merge Request: https://git.astron.nl/astron-sdc/esap-gui/-/merge_requests/87 which has now been accepted. Includes a dropdown with an initial set of search criteria. This list could be extended in the future with additional filters, but probably best to close this initial one for now and create new issues when we identify which specific filters we want to extend it with.
