Extend the list of IDA software and workflows to include and display at least one Desktop GUI tool.

We can choose a tool to use as a prototype for this, such as Topcat (http://www.star.bris.ac.uk/~mbt/topcat/)

For demonstration purposes, we can add it as an entry to the ESAP database (yml files), and look into registering it at a later phase if we want to.

Make any necessary modifications to both the GUI & Gateway code to accommodate a GUI tool. (For example extend models and code to include metadata needed to annotate the tool as Desktop GUI tool)
