Changes include: Modify IDA model to include additional metadata Add Desktop tools (TOPCAT) to ESAP IDA config Fix codemeta issue (catch exception when codemeta is not loaded)

Note: Zenodo has had issues allowing downloading of files for a while, including codemeta.json files. This means that the IDA is very slow to load, and does not load OSSR records successfully. There is a workaround, which is to comment out the line that loads the codemeta file, which allows records to be loaded in, but without the codemeta additional information (i.e. author etc..)
