make icons great again

When I started on the empty states I thought I'd have to use icons. There are 4 images I have to add, so I tried to make the flow of adding icons less painful.

Now I figured that regular <img> tag is probably be more suitable. But the icon refactor is done and (imho) beautiful so pls approve (and ignore the branch name)...
