Fix toggle and dropdown

Dropdown focus doesn't seem to work with arrow keys despite the docs saying it would...

EDIT: it works now:

NB it is also searchable now despite it not being a requirement, because otherwise the arrow keys focusing will not work. @tai I hope that's ok?
