Resolve SDC-505 "/implement design"

The design takes into account that there is only 1 query possibility. Now there are 6 different setup for queries (Skyview, MAQ, All archive, lofar, astron_vo and apertif). Therefore this branch should not yet be merged into master; only reviewed to close this ticket
