Fanna Lautenbach requested to merge menu-option-handlers into SDC-505/implement-design

Step 1 for the controllers. I will now merge with the master branch to change this again to read it from the configuration and create the tests. This is the same mechanism as for the search menu, hence this will also apply for queries
