AST-845 Add GetSources() to H5Parm

Bas van der Tol requested to merge ast-845-add-get-sources-h5parm into master

For screen fitting to h5parm solutions we need to be able to read the source positions from a h5parm file. This is currently not supported.

This MR adds a GetSources() member function to H5Parm.
