Update FIR_FilterKernel

An option to perform an FFT over channels after the filtering is added. A test for this new functionality is added. The FIR+FFT is used between the Beamformer and CoherentStokes kernels to trade time resolution for frequency resolution. The kernel is now also properly integrated into the pipeline, taking the number of channels and number of samples per channel into account.
