Various image-related improvements

This MR improves a number of things related to images, including the way the image flux-scale offset is estimated. The offset is now estimated using fluxes measured from the primary beam corrected image instead of the sky model, as the old method using the sky model did not properly handle Gaussian components. A number of other small changes were made, including adding support for rectangular images and tweaks to the sky model download script.
