Resolve RAP-143

David Rafferty requested to merge RAP-143_fix_predict_inputs into master

This MR should resolve the bug described in RAP-143, where the inputs to the predict pipeline were of differing lengths. The fix was to remove the makesourcedb steps and use the sky models directly with DP3 (note: only supported in recent versions of the master branch and not in the latest release, DP3 v5.2.0).
