Set the default for grid_nsectors_ra to 0

Andre Offringa requested to merge grid-nsectors-ra-default into master

The documentation says that grid_nsectors_ra defaults to 0, but the code actually defaults to 1. We should thus correct on of the two, and I think it is most sensible to set the default to 0 (but correct me if I'm wrong :) ).
