Add filtering of sources and cross matching with VLSSr and WENSS

This MR adds the filtering of sources (to remove sources that are not useful for the flux scale analysis; see RAP-788) and cross matching of the filtered sources with the VLSSr and WENSS catalogs (see RAP-790).
