Integrate concatenation of LINC MS files

This MR integrates the concatenation of LINC MS files into Rapthor, so it is no longer required to use the stand-alone script (bin/concat_linc_files) to concatenate the files before running Rapthor. Concatenation of files from multiple epochs is also now handled automatically. (Note that RAP-326 is therefore probably no longer needed, as the functionality described in that story has been implemented with this MR.)
