Add LoTSS as a skymodel option

Adds the option to download the LoTSS skymodel and start self-calibration from that. It currently uses LSMTool's functionality to download the source component, but during a past standup with @rafferty we may want to expand/update LSMTool to (also be able to) grab the component catalogue which is probably better for extended sources.
