Fix patches when regrouping is done

David Rafferty requested to merge fix_patches into master

In some cases (e.g., when switching from a partial-data iteration to a 100% iteration), the calibration patches were not set properly in the bright-source sky model when regrouping was done. This MR ensures that the patches are correct.
