Make license headers equal

Merged Maik Nijhuis requested to merge make-licenses-equal into main
  • Since Radler has the LGPL-3.0 license, files shouldn't have different license headers.
  • Since Radler was derived from WSClean, it should have the same copyright in the documentation as WSClean.
