AST-1553 Bump aocommon

Maik Nijhuis requested to merge ast-1553-do-not-bundle-xtensor into main

After updating aocommon, so packages do not install XTensor headers anymore, use this latest version in Radler, too.

For Radler, this change has no effect, since it does not XTensor. This change thus mainly ensures that the aocommon version is consistent across the various repositories.
