Cray System support

Stefano Corda requested to merge cray-new into master

This MR adds:

  • Cray System (CSCS Piz Daint and future Alps) interface

The interface will output the total Power (power) but also the other values such as cpu_power, memory_power, accel#_power (where # is the index of the accelerator).
