Refactor + update Jetson and rename to Tegra

  • Rename Jetson and Tegrastats to Tegra and TegraImpl
  • Refactoring + cleanup of the code
  • Add support for Jetson Nano
  • Simplify parsing of tegrastats output
  • Simplify selection of platform and sensors to include in total
