Idg cal jakob

Jakob Maljaars requested to merge idg-cal-jakob into master

Many stylistic and a number of functional changes to the idgcaldpstep script.

Note in particular the following:

  • carefully check the adopted h5parm conventions (and the h5parm output file)
  • carefully check the polynomial_basis_functions method. Also note that the l,m ordering is swapped!
  • no measures are taken yet to handle an incomplete solution interval
  • There are a couple of TODO's followed by a question in the idgcal script. Please provide an answer to these 😉
