idg-lib supports a Stokes I only mode, !148 (merged), reducing grid size and computation by a factor four when only the Stokes I image is needed. This option is not yet supported in idg-api and can therefore not be used by wsclean.

This MR adds support for Stokes I only imaging to idg-api
