FIX: Relative positions of dipoles with more the 1km present issues

Mattia Mancini requested to merge fix_position_error into master

Because of the formatting the first character was omitted however if the antenna dipole is further then a certain distance from CS002 as it is for instance on CS028. The minus sign is omitted placing two polarization diples very far from each others.
