Extracted subband-converter from original branch (af2new) into separate branch.

  • Af2new added as a new binary which adds a field to the vis files which allows for stream processing.
  • Subband is added to the header which can be used for processing later on.
  • Original subband-parsing logic is removed from the code, to ensure the subband as a header property is used instead.
