Facet subtract

Jurjen de Jong requested to merge facet_subtract into master

Merge request for adding the facet-subtract step. This is an essential step for wide-field imaging where the full data is being subtracted and copied for each facet, where facets are predicted back to the data.

This workflow relies on subtract_with_wsclean.py and concat_with_dummies.py from lofar_helpers. These scripts perform book keeping. In the future these could potentially be replaced by CWL.

Current workflow has been successfully tested by Emmy and Jurjen from the VLBI group.
