Add file extension to skymodel

Matthijs van der Wild requested to merge skynet_output into master

DP3 requires a ".txt" or ".skymodel" extension to its predict.sourcedb input. Without this extension, DP3 will interpret the skymodel as a SourceDB, which causes the pipeline to fail.
