Reinstated dysco compression for data weights

Matthijs van der Wild requested to merge weights_clipping into master

!50 (merged) removed dysco compression in the A-team clipping step. As a result the weights weren't compressed, causing a substantial increase in the produced MS. This MR reinstates the dysco compression for the weights.
