Bypassed size restriction set by loadContents.

The outputBinding field loadContents allows files to be parsed up to 64 KiB in size. When splitting out a large number of directions the output file can be larger than this. This MR allows the split directions pipeline to circumvent the size restriction imposed by CWL.
