Debugged the pipeline after running unreduced data.

Matthijs van der Wild requested to merge update_pipeline into master

The changes include:

  • Core allocation of computationally heavy steps
  • Added RFI strategies, since these may not exist within the container image
  • Updated python scripts to reflect changes in the generic pipeline implementation
