Added the copyST_gains step.

Matthijs van der Wild requested to merge copyST_gains into master

This step takes a solution file generated by delay_solve and transforms circular to linear polarization. In addition, it adds the ST001 solutions for the core stations to the solution file. It returns the modified solution file.
