filter_ms_group.cwl crashes due to excessive file size

Hi,

I've got a LINC target run with 400 SBs (perhaps relevant), and it ends up crashing in the fitler_ms_group step as it reports the filesize is too large:

"Error collecting output for parameter 'output': LINC/steps/filter_ms_group.cwl:21:5: file is too large, loadContents limited to 65536 bytes"

Full log attached as well: job_output_full.txt

Interestingly, the same error did not occur during LINC calibrator...

Please let me know if there is anything I can do/try to resolve this.
