Resolve "Implement LOFAR specific LBA antenna"

Adds a specific implementation for the LOFAR LBA beamformer. And make BeamFormerLofarHBA and BeamFormerLofarLBA children of the (newly introduced) BeamFormerLofar class to avoid code duplicates.

For the improvement in timings, see comments under AST-182 on Jira.
