AST-1602 Use everybeam::casacore namespace in wheel

When building a binary wheel for EveryBeam, build and use Casacore using a custom everybeam::casacore namespace (instead of casacore). This way the Casacore libraries bundled in the binary wheel for EveryBeam no longer have conflicting symbol names with other Casacore libraries, for example, those bundled with python-casacore.

Also:

  • Fix the url for downloading HDF5.
  • Install the binary fftw package instead of building it from source.
