WIP: Add aocommon as git submodule

Add aocommon as a git submodule and test. Extension to include eigen and pybind11 in a similar fashion seems pretty straightforward (issue #15 (closed) )

@offringa : it would be nice though if you can tag aocommon via semantic versioning. @dijkema : you will find this interesting and hopefully this fits into what we discussed yesterday 😉
