Ignore coverage for external dependencies in _deps

This change removes the newly added files in build/_deps from the coverage report, since this directory contains external dependencies (XTensor).

It thereby also fixes the pages job @ the SKA mirror of this repository. https://gitlab.com/ska-telescope/sdp/ska-sdp-func-everybeam/-/merge_requests/1 shows the SKA build is successful now.
