AST-919 Use support.astron.nl instead of www.astron.nl/citt

Maik Nijhuis requested to merge ast-919-switch-ci-data-server into master

Switch webserver since the old server won't be maintained in the future.

Note: Although CI works, https://support.astron.nl is not reachable from DAS6. Running tests locally requires using an HTTPS proxy.
