Fix NaNs that appear under the horizon

Tests are added that evaluate Aartfaac gains under the horizon.

The point response works fine, but the gridded response results in NaNs. In WSClean, these propagate to IDG, which then break things there. Once this MR is finished, values under the horizon are set to zero.
