generalize lofar and oskar telescopes

The LOFAR and OSKAR telescope largely share the same features. This can be exploited by generalizing telescope::OSKAR and telescope::LOFAR (together with the corresponding gridder classes) a bit further by introducing an intermediate class from which these two telescopes inherit.
