AST-1262 Accept nonexisting antenna in antennaconstraint

When moving the initialization of AntennaConstraint from DDECal to SolverFactory, a check was added that all antennas in the constraint are in the MS. It is useful if nonexisting antennas are accepted, to be able to use one parset for many observations, in which sometimes an antenna may not be present.
