AST-1225 Add uvwflagging_test() to DDECal integration tests

DDECal has the option of applying a selection based on UVW coordinates. There were no tests for this functionality. This MR adds a test to check that 1) uvw selection is indeed applied, and 2) that its effect does not propagate beyound the DDECal step.
